Problem not resolved

The dress had marks on it and they wouldn't pay for the return. We agreed that I keep the dress with a partial refund of £20. Because I raised an incorrect dispute reason they keep stalling and want me to pick the right reason. I believe I have now received another dress from them as there is a customs charge of £12.71 to pay. I have told them I don't want the dress and want partial refund of first dress and full refund of second dress plus customs charge. All is now gone quiet cos I said I was taking the matter higher

Hi Tachelle, We checked your order was already canceled and refunded on 2020-06-06 04:15:12. Usually, your refund will be completed by your bank within 7-15 working days.

Please contact your card issuing bank to check in their reversal system whether there is a refund record from China in USD. If not, please request your card issuing bank to contact (VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD) to check the record.

If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you *** Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you. If they don’t agree to refund, we cannot operate for you too. Cant even get in touch with them to discuss their sellers they have a fake number online and their system doesnt allow you to email them I plan to reach out to the better business bureau about them and one of their sellers called wedding palace dress they are trying to bribe me into submitting a five star review before they will give me my money back and thats absolutely absurd I have screen shots of our conversation to prove it.

Your live chat does not help I’ve done that’s ever all times as well. What exactly are you going to do about your sellers trying to scam me into giving them a five star review before I will receive a partial refund that they made me agree too that is not how you do business and I have posted the screen shots to prove I’m not lieing.

Hi Sera, We can see here that the package has been delivered to the same address of the order and if you did not receive the order despite being tagged as delivered, please contact your local post office and get the shipment details from them. Please ask for a claim code/ lost letter since they marked your package as delivered. Once you have the claim code, please provide it to your seller.

Hi, we can see it here that we have successfully opened a dispute for this order; this is good as you are on the right track in getting your issue resolved. With DHgate dispute process, we are giving the seller maximum of 5 days to respond to the dispute. If you and the seller will not reach an agreement on the given timeframe, then we will move on to the next step in requesting for DHgate Mediation so that an analyst can step in and resolve the case the soonest time possible.
