If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller after 5 days, you can request for DHgate mediation so our Resolution Center can assign an analyst to help you resolve the case. 1.Log in to your DHgate account 2.Click “My Dhgate” link found at the upper right side of the home page 3.Click “My Orders” 4.Find the order under “Dispute Orders” tab 5.Once you find the order, click “View Dispute Detail” or “Pending Seller’s Agreement” link 6.Please click “Escalate Dispute” button or “Request DHgate Mediation” to proceed.

Nadya I have read several of your over 3000 comments. And you merely appear to be propergating the fraud rather than resolving any matter.

The 'Steps' you outline do not work, and the matter of DHgates fraud is a predetermined conclusion. Why are all these complaints so similar? Why does DHgate staff responses merely lead nowhere? Why is the analyist always wrong in their accessment, and why do so many staff of DHgate force this endless circutry on the victim to provide remedy.

And further terminate chat sessions when their fraud becomes so obvious? Why do Dhgate and the seller they act as agent for always rip customers off to the reckoning of at least 3ooo.

Why are you propergating this fraud that is clearly endemic with this company of false tracking numbers and delivery to false addresses. These intentional devices of fraud are not a mistake its policy

I am a long time customer. placed about 10 orders in last month. All have been "sellers account frozen" or "seller posted wrong tracking" None of these were ever shipped ! Though all showed tracking on your site ! There are 4 orders left, that show tracking. Order # 323423**** 323368**** 322623**** 322075**** When going to sellers sites, ALL say "seller does not exist" Give me my refund for these 4 orders. These were all bogus sellers on your site ! Give me these refunds! Thank you

I have 26 different items bought from Dhgate on the social savings but I have not received any of them I ordered them in October and November but now the sellers are gone off dhgate and I am out of pocket about £170. Some of the tracking numbers say they were delivered to different addresses in the u.k And I cannot start a dispute because all items say delivery pending. I need help please.

You will have a long struggle to get your money back, I was lucky to get a refund but took over 4 months, Click on the items that say delivered and then dispute this, It will take time , I am amazed you left 3 stars!! Fight them and even do a chat on Facebook.. Good luck and i hope you get your money back from these chinky scammers.

I placed an order in DECEMBER 2019 and no tracking or communication from the seller who is (hihir1219) I ordered 2 handbags which were NEVER to be seen, Seller does NOT exist on the site, DHGATE have totally ignored me to date 19/02/20... Sellers open and close shops on DHGATE as did this seller who is a scammer..

DHGATE did say I would get a refund by 17th of February and nothing has been done plus still waiting, They hold on to your money hoping you will not bother, I had a message on Facebook saying I would get a refund saying "The shipping deadline of your order is February 17th, so please wait for that and if the seller failed to ship the order, then refund will be processed". This is by staff at DHGATE.COM, Since this I have been ignored by customer service at DHGATE , Which is a disgrace as they keep putting the shipping date forward ... NOW TO MARCH.. FROM DECEMBER!!

I checked and you guessed right shipping has moved again to MARCH!! SELLER DOES NOT EXIST!!! HIHIR1219 CLOSED HIS SHOP on DHGATE .COM and this company thinks this is acceptable!! SELLERS DO NOT HOLD YOUR FUNDS ..

DHGATE holds the funds... and pushes dates forward for shipping!! There will be NO shipping from this seller as he does NOT EXIST!! DIANE *** is the CEO of this scam company and that is why she is a MILLIONAIRE!!

Hi Jason, We can see here that you have successfully opened a dispute for your orders; this is good as you are on the right track in getting your issue resolved. With DHgate dispute process, we are giving the seller maximum of 5 days to respond to the dispute.

If you and the seller will not reach an agreement on the given timeframe, then we will move on to the next step in requesting for DHgate Mediation so that an analyst can step in and resolve the case the soonest time possible. Also, this order 3225636534 has been closed and the only way to get the refund is to contact the seller and have them agree to refund you on the messages.

Please make sure that the seller will state the desired amount that they are willing to refund you with. For example, statements like this: "I agree to refund with the amount of____".
