Seller won't respond

Paid $189.92 back on 09-14-20 for a custom suit to be made for my wedding in December 2020. And I have not received it. The seller faiokaver claimed it was shipped on 10-09-20. I have tried to contact the seller via email several times but NO RESPONSE BACK.

So far, out of 140 watches ordered since late April, 17 have gone to different states all around the country. I have received ZERO watches so far at my Scarsdale NY address???

I only have one address listed on my account. They say sellers will be punished for this? What a laugh! So far it's 5 different sellers who can't get one address right?

So is it the sellers or DHgate? If it's the sellers, they're the biggest bunch of moron chimpanzees on the planet!!!

I almost think this was intentional? I was refunded 3 items I bought, because one of Dhgate's cool sellers, decided that shipping my order should take over a month, so I cancelled the order, and still had to wait for this idiot to respond to Dhgate. Belt8888 is the seller, so never buy from him. My card was verified, orders shipped, and now I order 4 lawn mowers,payment goes through, and then they cancel and refund my order due to unverified card? then I got an email from them saying your order is being processed, and they already refunded it? So go figure out how to deal with them? Meanwhile, I still can't order anything because my account's still is disabled??? So, here is one of their customer service reps telling me because one of my items was so cheap, what do I expect to happen? Literally! I spend over $2,000 a month easy with DHgate. So I sent this to management, but this is what you get now with DHgate. Diane Wang the CEO is doing a great job there?
