So my address in Scarsdale New York is easy! So far, 5 Sellers have sent my purchases, 17 so far to different states all around the country, except mine? How is that possible, and the customer service saved emails one night tell the story. Fire Diane *** as CEO, and get these sellers in line. Sellers don't return messages, and won't even respond to DHgates requests? So if you're buying watches good luck! They'll probably end up in Washington State, Tulsa Oklahoma, San Antonio Texas, Hudson Florida, Greer SC, etc etc.

Poor customer service

I have already written to you but did not want to fill out the entire survey you were sending me. DH Gate has not responded to my compaint. All i want is to return the sweatshirt and get a refund but i don't have the original packaging. No help since before Christmas. Jodi

2 refunds I have not recieved and an unauthorized transaction

I AM WAITING ON 2 REFUNDS 1 $98 AND THE OTHER IS $210.... UPON SPEAKING WITH MY BANK ABOUT THE REFUNDS i seen a charge in the amount of about $350 that I did complete Im getting no replys about either issue next step I will be disputing with my bank, This is horrible customer sevice!

I have a charge on my bank statement in the amount of $354 from end of September, I have never made an order that big, I do not have a order number because I did not place an order so how can I get my money back besides disputing with my bank?
