Given the brush-off by seller; no help from Dhgate

After receiving the item ordered, I contacted the seller to inform him/her that the item was flawed. Meant to be worn, the item pinches and causes physical pain to wear. In response to this flaw, the seller (angel_66) brushed off the imperfection by saying that his company sells to many outlets; as if that fact makes a flaw impossible or acceptable. But in point of fact, I have purchased similar items from other distributors that do not have what this seller insists is an inherent feature of all similar items. When I contacted Dhgate to seek resolve, I was told that the seller was urged to find a solution with me. Not only has the seller made no effort to resolve the issue, he/she has ignored my Emails. Now as weeks pass, it has become clear that the seller does not care to stand behind his/her products, and Dhgate plans to do nothing about it. As long as this remains unresolved, I will not trust Dhgate for future orders.

I have nothing but the best experience when buying from dhgate. They have products that have highest quality, and best customer protection and communication in case of any problem. Also, dhgate web page is simple tu understande and to work with. If you buy from dhgate you dont have to worry for your money because you will get best for it, and in case of any problem it will be refunded to your account. Sometimes I think that dhgate even protects to much customers :) You have many online shops, but dhgate is one, only and the best! Dhgate is highly recommended reseller.

Horrible communication and contact problem with Dhgate

I'm very frustrated with this service, they've been doing OK so far because I've only ordered one other item and it actually had no delivery problems whatsoever. I was beginning to give them creditable status and respect like Amazon, PayPal and other companies that specialize in making sure that you received your products purchased. I've never had a need to try and contact their "impossible to reach" customer service. They want you to chat with the chat software but it never works and when you get in contact with the person "finally" they pretend to try and help you but they know exactly that information they giving you They have already given to others before which leads you to a dead-end. And they have no easy email communication at all whatsoever. And when you finally can't get through by email the next representative they act like they don't know what you're talking about so you have to keep starting over and over again. Your previous correspondence is lost or they're just playing games. I don't believe they are planning to help you track your package or receive a refund at all. I've given them everything any reasonable company needs to track my package to where it was delivered because I certainly never received it. Or issue me a refund. I wonder how much money they get to keep my playing these cat and mouse games.

We checked this order 333023912 and it's great to know that you have already filed a dispute. The merchant agreed on your request for a reshipment on December 13. The seller is given 7 days to upload the replacement tracking number, once this is uploaded in the dispute page, you will surely be notified for the update in your DHgate inbox.

For this order 333023913, we checked here and the item arrived at Netherlands Airport on 2016-10-01.

Here is the link for the tracking result: http://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=YC938934165YW . For this case, we suggest that you contact your post office and ask about the exact delivery date of this parcel YC938934165YW since they are in charge of the parcels once it reach the destination country. If your post office cannot find the item, you may proceed in filing a dispute immediately for your protection.

Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:

1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.

2) Click “My Orders" on the left side of the page.

3) Find the order number. 4) Click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the page under the order number. Once the dispute is filed, the seller is given 5 days to resolve the issue. The seller was discount, I paid for the product. A few days later the seller neither saying a word increased the processing time ordered 3 (three!!). My question is why I do not send the order, the seller began to bear some nonsense. Turned to customer support, I was told that the seller can do so (!!??!!) and if I don't want to wait that long for your order, you will be able to cancel it. Canceled the order... In the end, no product, no money! My money was not returned. Again contacted tech support, they told me that everything is fine. As normally if there is no money?! Tech support I just say sorry, that will not ask - I will not say anything - sorry! I am unhappy with this site. If you plan to buy, then do not take big things! Little money although would not be sorry to lose
