Hi Atilano, We have checked your order and it shows that system is still processing the refund so please give it within 2-3 business days to be completed then an additional of 2-4 business days (weekend not included) for the refund to be deposited back to your American Express card, it may take sooner or later depending on your bank's refund process.

Payment verification issues

I keep trying to order but by the next day my money gets refunded and I dont understand why, I already called my bank asking them to authorize my card to purchase from DH gate and still it wont let me!

I requested a refund when the store owner told me that they didnt have the item I wanted in stock. She then tried to sell me other bedding, when I asked for a refund. After my refund request she sent DHGate tracking information, so that I couldnt get a refund, when the package arrived it had a sock in the package. I attached a video of the package and what was In it with the tracking number on the package. I am requesting a refund ASAP. I do not want to do business with her.

I have talked to the seller several times about my package the first time I was told that the package was returned from there poster service so they had to re-ship it they provided me with a invalid tracking number I also use the number on the e packet to track it but it keep saying Last Update was out for delivery August 26 but the bar still remains not showing if the package made it too the next location
