Hello, I would like a refund. I have been reaching out to a seller who refuses to respond to me and give me my refund.
The shop is xinxinbuy I placed my order 3 weeks ago and their listings say it should take a week to ship but two weeks had passed and they still have not shipped. Ive messaged them multiple times and they did not respond until they declined my refund request and said theyd ship Monday (aka March 1st). They did not ship and I have sent them many messages all week and they still refuse to respond. I have also reached out DHgate multiple times and you guys still do not get back to me.
All I want is to cancel my order and get my refund. If I do not get that I will submit this to complain.biz and get help from a lawyer.
