Thanks for following up with me. I did get in contact with the seller and I will be sending the phone back. I am a little concerned with the address. This is going to China and address is only words and the only numbers are for the zip code. I sent him a text message. I hope I didn't get a fake number. Furthermore, I really want this to get solved.

My shoes never came in

A few months ago I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 4 Retro PS 'Fire Red size 9.5 for my brother and it never came in, I was Hoping to get it before my little brothers birthday witch was 4 days ago but I never got them. I have bought From you guys before but this has never happend.

Hi, i've been ordering from dh gate multiple items that i really enjoy my purchases but I have just noticed three charges that don't add up on my debit card. The amount doesn't match to an order number and i went through every since thing i bought wrote it down with the cost. I need help ASAP because I feel like this is fraud. i never approved of that to be charged on my card and nothing I ordered was in those amounts.

Please do not purchase from this website. I order a stroller and car seat combo since April 16th, I paid $88 to have it here on or before May 17th because I need it before my baby arrives on June 1st. It is now May 26th and the item is still not here. The worst part i cannot get in touch with DHgate and the seller isn't doing anything.
