Never received anything that I ordered

I have not received a single item that I have ordered I have ordered two winter coats and I got nothing but the runaround I knew right away after I didn't receive it and checking tracking and everything else I knew right away that they these merchants don't have any merchandise whatsoever they just stole the pictures off the internet and are taking people's money so once again I sit here waiting for a quote that's never going to come how can somebody possibly change the tracking number four times man this is a scam from this merchant I've seen it all over the internet they keep changing the tracking number in order to change the delivery date therefore they never have to refund me I want my money back immediately from this merchant I am fed up with this site I will never shop here again and I'm still left with no winter coat and the Canadian winter is right around the corner so thank you very much DHgates for giving me nothing about a headache and a run around at customer service I want my money back and you know what I didn't even ask for my money back on the first coat I explicitly stated I want him to resend the coat nope they didn't do that and all of a sudden I get a refund I didn't want to refund I want a damn winter coat you guys are horrible

Don't waste your time or money because all you will get Still waiting on my item being delivered or being refunded and still no reply back from last review yes ID like to you no get some something done about this being refunded you know I mean a comment and a review and I gave these people my details from my bank card and my email mate was ordered and still have not commented or even got back to me on the issue.

They are an absolute bunch of scammers, every time I do what their so called representatives ask of me to clarify the issue they continue to keep asking the same question which tells me that there isn't any real person attending to our needs but that it is an automated bots probably programmed by dhgate to give people the run around but will never get their money back or the items they ordered, I'm even questioning all the so called positive reviews of people saying the stuff they received? I bet nobody has ever received any items at all plus I don't understand how Google's Play store allows them to continue to peddle Thier criminal scamming platform so if anyone knows of a good international trade lawyer to take on a world class law suit against the company so they can be sued for billions which will definitely shut them down

I had a refund processed through DHGATE however my card account was closed since original payment was made and my bank rejected the refund and payment was sent back to them but they are trying to say they didnt receive the money back after 2 weeks and are giving me the run around about needing a letter from my bank saying the refund was denied and sent back which I have provided on several occasions but every time I submitted it to several different DHGATE online chat representatives they all are saying it basically isnt sufficient enough and keep denying any monies received smh I am upset because they have no other way to contact a higher authority to escalate and they basically are trying to keep my money and something needs to be done about this because they also claim they can only refund back to the original form of payment which my card is closed so how am I supposed to get my money they owe me

Hi Zahid, We totally understand how concerning this can be , upon checking it here we noticed that the status of the order is already closed since there were no disputes opened on the given timeline. For this case, the only way to get a refund is to reach an agreement with the seller.

If you want a refund processed for this order, please make sure that the seller will state the desired amount that they are willing to refund you with. For example, statements like this: "I agree to refund with the amount of____". If you have reached the refund agreement in the communication and specified the refund amount, please contact us immediately. We would process the refund for you according to your agreement.

We can see that the seller has responded to your message asking you to contact SFInternational since that was the carrier used by the seller to ship your order. Per tracking, this was tagged delivered on November 24, 2020. Please contact again the carrier .
