I tried to buy golf clubs from DHGate. BEWARE!!!!! The clubs were seized by US Officals as "illegal"". I'm not exactly sure what that means but DHGate said it was my problem/. This is a site that claims they have a "Buyer Protection Plan"?. The entire situation is a total lie!. They take your money and scam you'.

Basically, if you deal with them you will end up getting screwed at some point/.

I'm going to sue even though I can't collect against a chinese company.. I'm going to file a complaint with the Chinese govt". If I can figure out how, I will take down their site. 128cc33

See if you can get Western Union to back you up. I finally got my money back thru PayPal. It took several months but finally it payed off.

i sent $270 via western union for products i have not seen. All the emails stopped shortly after i made payment. Im almost positive ive been ripped off. Buyers stay away from dhgate, there are other places like diytrade that i have successfully ordered from.
