So, when you get a false tracking number you know straight away that something is up. This means DHGATE have taken your money and the seller has absolutely no intention of supplying your order. They will use any delaying tactic they can (including not answering) and when you go to the customer service live chat, you will find people who are WELL TRAINED in asking nonsense questions and not... Goods ordered on 31st August and shipping number issued on 5th September. Number not recognised on any shipping company and no goods after 5 weeks. Dispute raised but no action and advised to request mediation though you cannot do this if the seller has not responded to your request. I had 2 fraudulent charges hit my credit card after using DHgate! 2 separate ones, both charges for $100 to bbaacitineCNBeijing I had to call my bank,shut down my card and request a new one ! They BS you and talk nonsense about everything. I ordered and asked some models, they were not instock. Seller asked me to chooose again and didint have once again. Alisha, I’m not sure what you don’t understand. Order# removed order on 9/26/2014 I have not received because it’s been held at customs. The tracking # removed. Below is todays UPS. The Seller needs to send a Replacement ASAP or I need DHGATE to refund my money due to the fact I don’t have the items. 63 days ago, I placed order and paid. Seller "shipped" exactly 4 weeks later. Gave me tracking number for wrong address. I never received the order. SCAM. I lodged dispute. Now, on day 63, seller offers a refund. I have given seller AN INTEREST FREE LOAN FOR 63 DAYS. I am left with bank fees for international currency exchange. Did you know that DHGate have a Facebook page, where YOU (ripped off customer) can post a comment. And you can keep posting comments. That's what I'm doing ... I've posted a few, and done reviews on a few consumer sites and DHGate have contacted me! They still can't tell me where my order is, but it's something.
