Both have been marked with the wrong postal address it doesn't have a door number even though on my profile my full address is there , the third item in my order for delivered fine so I can't see how these haven't. I tried to request a refund for the shoes before they were even shipped out due to them taken so long.
The tracking for the shoes says unknown which looking at trust pilot looks like another complete scam from a co pant called 17work.
And for the hat it clearly states that it was undelivered due to incorrect they put on it via posting - they are trying to claim it has been delivered to me and are refusing a refund.

All orders have been removed so when I click on the link via email it says no orders. I can't express my sheer disappointment having only just looked at reviews and seeing so many people experience the same thing this company should be shut down.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally received the package, much too late, and it was not as promised.
